Abstract:
Solves harvest schedules for even- and all-aged forests. Options include
area control, volume control, annual growth, percent of inventory, 3 variations
of even-flow, and ECHO based on either present net worth or present net
benefit maximisation. Applicable to a single or composite species forest
with 2 yield tables specifiable. User gives the age-class interval/period
length. Basic data such as yield, acreage and financial statisitcs must
be entered when a problem is specified, but can be saved for future 'what-if?'
testing.
