Abstract:
A mechanistic simulation model of the process of selection of fungicide resistant biotypes of a hypothetical plant
pathogen. The user specifies a variety of parameters including fungicide type, dosage, application schedule and
cost, percent fungus resistance, inoculum, life cycle, plant susceptibility, season length and start date. As fungicide
is applied during the course of the season, the response is displayed graphically, in numbers of plant lesions and
incidence of resistance. Also available via Lancaster software archive by FTP.
