Abstract:
UNCSIM - Program package for uncertainty analysis and
Bayesian inference
This program package is designed to help scientists to perform uncertainty
analysis and Bayesian inference with any simulation program. The only requirement
of the simulation program is that it is able to read lists of parameter values
and provide corresponding chi^2 values or model results. Such an interface is in
development for the computer program AQUASIM for
simulation and data analysis of aquatic systems. It is important to note, however, that UNCSIM can be used with
any other simulation software for which a simple interface has been created.
A binary version of the programs will be downloadable from this site for various
computing platforms.
